What can I say about me ?
My name is Adrian Buturca and my simple life philosophy is “Think+”.
Simply dreaming and following the dreams, till now they have taken me to the action sports like downhill, freeride, snowboarding, climbing etc. in the same time I have attached to this way of life the photography and the travel in all their aspects. Photography has happened in a casual way but was a constant presence for many years.
What to tell about this space ?
I will try to share with you here my experiences and thoughts regarding my passions and interests, hoping that you can find it pleasant and useful.
What about my gear ?
Here someone expects that I will start with a super list of super materials, lenses, software and so on. But I will not…
I am not the super geek photographer
I am only one of the photographers that prefers Nikon, for a lot of reasons that make us choose, but this doesn’t mean that others sucks. Someone is telling that the best camera is the one that you have with you.
I am also one that prefers fixed lens to zoom ones, but this is not for their super sharpness or glass quality or other tech aspects, I prefer fixed lens because they don’t make me get lazy, they make me think more about composition, and they make me move when I shoot for searching better point of views, and not the last when I take one of them from my back pack I know exactly what that lens can do for me.
The rest of the things that I have in my bag are accessories that facilitates some time my job, some times complicates also my job, but if you don’t have it with you don’t desperate you have remained as creative as before… and is time for improvisation.
And not at the and I still love analogic cameras, I love my Nikon F1 as I still love Sharon Stone.
